Nice amenities and friendly staff. I only docked it a start because I left items in my hotel room after checking out. I called the hotel just an hour later and they said nothing was reported found in my room and nothing was thrown away.Unfortunately, those items were left behind and I can't get them back, and the staff seemed very irritated that I was calling to inquire about my items.
This is a great place. The rooms are top notch and very comfortable. The maintenance staff was very quick when I reported an issue. The wife forgot some sort of hair product and when I asked the front desk about getting some it was there with in 5 mins. Also, it was a very reasonable price. My work has a function there once a year and I plan on staying the night every time.
The best part of the Houstonian has to be the friendly and attentive staff- they are rockstars! The quality of service, the restaurant and the fitness facilities are all top notch! The only downfall for me was the rooms- which I was disappointed to find quite dated and not on par with the name and service the hotel provides. The rooms were very clean, but appeared quite old. No blow dryer in bathroom and no bottles of water in the room.
Went here for our company Christmas party and must say this little(not little at all) hidden gem was wonderful. Friend staff and great atmosphere. Some of my coworkers said the rooms were excellent.
Always an incredible experience!! The staff is beyond accommodating and always exceed expectations. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are all nicely decorated, and the technicians are all top notch at their craft.You simply cannot go wrong with gifting yourself a day of luxury and pampering.
