Very clean airport and easy to navigate. Been here for final destination and lots of connections and never had any issues.Many quick places to eat and drink as well as plenty of seating at all gates and bathrooms conveniently located.
This is a really nice, modern airport. The bathrooms could be cleaner, but I'm sure that's tough with the amount of traffic this building sees. There are plenty of restaurants and other establishments ready the serve you. It's also fairly simple to navigation due to plenty of signs.
First time flying through here and the airport is so nice. Love that they have a mothers room with cribs, changing areas and rocking chairs. Nice play to let my 6 month old play during a layover. Also seems pretty clean and good selection of foods.
They've made some improvements to the terminal recently. The presentation of the artwork can be better. This is still kind of a bland atmosphere. The music stinks. The addition of filtered water fountains (finally!) is great. Not sure if the Pet Relief Area needs that much space. I guess travelers with pets must love it, although I have yet to see anyone using it in the two times I've gone through this terminal since these new improvements. What they need to do is add more cell phone charging stations. A terminal map is also needed. It's good there's a prayer room, but it always looks like it's in need of maintenance - trash lying around, chairs need to be straightened. I can't say the terminal is very impressive. This airport is way behind the times compared to many other airports around the world. I don't feel it represents Houston very well...
Pretty nice airport. Was here back in August 2018. Was really clean and had well kept restrooms. Wife and I had a layover on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon. We had a little bit of time so we decided to get something to eat. Lots of places to choose from. Which was nice. Found a place that was serving breakfast. Which is our favorite meal. The server was really nice and answered any questions we had. Good food and reasonably priced. Phone plugs everywhere to charge devices. Only downside is the boarding lines. The first 20 feet the lines are divided. After that they seem to blend together. So make sure you have an extra few minutes.
