This Signature is the arguably the worst SFS in the BBA network. Equipment constantly breaking down, perpetual short staffing, and an incompetent management team/corporate office that can't seem to get things to improve. Safety violations galore, their staff appears overworked, stressed, fatigued, and when you ask they have no issue telling you why. They are some of the lowest paid workers on the airfield and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. They work their butts off but after being ground down to the nub by their higher ups, they can only go so far.
Signature has amazing views and has great service with nice and kind workers.
Excellent service all the way... if only all airports were like this!
