I had a super annoying rattle coming from the front end of my bike nearly immediately after buying it from another bike shop in town. Three different shops including two Specialized dealers later, I finally decided to make the "trek" out here. Unlike the others, they spent more than a few minutes looking at the bike. They followed up a few hours later with additional questions. They opened a technical manual. Later that day, the rattle was gone. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You might not be that close to me, but I'll definitely be back.
I had the best experience here! I wrecked my bike and was stressing over getting it fixed for me to commute for work again. I only had the money to fix the tire however, rolled out with my tire fixed, shifter fixed and my chain placed back on at no added charge. Greg and the other guy were both a great help. I made it clear I had no idea what I was doing and they could have easily taken advantage of that to upsale . Instead they looked out for me and helped where they could. I will DEFINITELY be returning here! I highly recommend their services! Very helpful guys and the place was extremely cute!
