Really good mega car rental spot, never have had an issue here, so that in my book is a 5*. Signs to get here from the airport access road need to be improved! You will get off too early, then loop back, or too late and do the same, but it all comes together. Boston, take a lesson!
Awesome service, friendly and professional employees. I arrived with my information, they happen to have an upgrade available and put me in a nicer ride without a charge. Everything took under 10 min! Hertz also had the best prices without a doubt.
It's fairly easy to get in and out... depending on the rental company of course. But overall the facilities are nice, good signage and easy. Only thing that would be better is if you didn't need a shuttle.
Just because the system will not allow me to not leave it blank in not put a star my service was horrible I had originally rented my vehicle on November the 26 with ample amount of time for pick up December the 27 were talking about a whole entire month we get there to pick up the vehicle and they have no such vehicle to put me in didn't even remotely try to accommodate me they told me pretty much oh well so I explained to them that my trip was already paid for that I already had accommodations and that if I canceled everything including my family flying internationally from other countries to come and spend New Year's with us that they pretty much didn't care what I recommend this to anyone know thrifty and hot wire are both a joke. What I do plan to do is file a potential small claim for breach of contract it is their obligation to provide a vehicle expression Li when it's already paid for and confirmed and reserved.
Friendly service and affordable prices. Not a great selection of cars to choose from but for a ride to Dallas it was good enough. The car return at airport was effortless and very efficient. The car was clean and safe to drive. There was no advice on how to pay the tolls, but i figured it out.
