As far as for funeral is concerned went OK nothing wrong in that department but when you pay for your tombstone for your love ones and they are unprofessional two months later after ordered paid in full going to receive a phone call to say are you ready to design the headstone unprofessional company took the money we already designed headstone agreed on it two months later no progress ., my response from Joanna was working with too many people in their office I replied thats not my problem thats yours!
I have many family member resting here. Very peaceful and clean place. Forest Lawn employees have always been great! From management to counselors all the way to ground keepers. Thank you for everything you all do.
Horrible experience up to now with Brenda. We paid for a marker in full back in February and in April made some changes which we understand was going to delay it, but we are now almost in July and for the 2nd time I call and keep getting BS excuses why this has not been started on. 2 stars only bc they day of the service everything went great.
My mother paid the rest of the fees for my father's gravestone in February and we were notified that will take 90 days for them to put it up. It's now June and they still haven't even began to put it up even now. They can't even keep up with an order for a gravestone after we paid for it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. RIP MEHMED AVDIC
It's hard enough to experience the sudden loss of a loved one. Our funeral home experience was amazing but our experience at this cemetary has been horrible at every turn. The lack of organization and consistency has been the only reliable trait. The employee turn over is high. Definitely get copies of everything because they will lose it. I had to show them where the plot we purchased was twice even though we had it depicted on a map by one of their sales representatives. I had to email copies of our contract the day before burial to prove we had a contract. We were quoted multiple different prices on headstones which made it feel like a used car lot with a sales person hungry for commission. Do not place your loved one here unless you are prepared to keep record of your entire process. I suggest hiring an attorney to accompany you through the process if you choose this location.
