I won't be back, that's for sure. I had heard such great things about how they could replace a boot-up drive on an expensive laptop at a great price. $75 diagnostic fee and a $200 charge? 3 days? Really? No, I'm good.

There are very few stores you can walk into and be greeted at the door. They will ask you how they can help and walk you to the aisles you need. They also repaired an external hard drive for me when others had told me the files probably couldn't be saved. I can't say enough nice things about this store/company.
