I've picked up a couple of online orders at this location and always been helped by friendly attendants. The layout is fun and interactive, with all the latest Apple products on display. It's great that visitors to the store get to actually try out the products to get a feel of how they work as well. Parking can get tricky sometimes because of the location. Just something to have in mind.
I am considering to buy an Apple watch and walked into the store with a few questions. The young man, that was called to help me, had no idea what a customer service is. He had no motivation or interest in doing his job, and if that was not enough, he was yawning with a big open mouth while I was asking him about the watch. The management needs either provide training or be more thorough when hiring staff.
Once you have made the purchase, they forget that you are there and have to hail someone to help you with your set up.We waited almost 10 min for the tech that was helping us before we found someone else. And even after that there wasn't much difference in availability The lady in front of us was treated far worse. The same guy was very apathetic to her inexperience with technology. Wow!But then again, one can't expect much from Apple.
This store does no favors to dissuade the notion of what an Apple store is like. An employee was kind enough to acknowledge us after 10 minutes of standing in front of their display of laptops. It took another 20 of their precious minutes before we left since nobody with any actual knowledge of the laptops bothered to come over to assist. Thanks Apple! Steve Jobs would be incredibly proud.
This has got to be the worst place ever!!!!!First of all, I love Apple products so this is hard for me to say the following: The company has taken a giant step backwards! Their customer service and their customer satisfaction has suffered greatly. They care more about releasing their next product with built-in obsolescence. They believe that this business model is superior to a model where the customer is satisfied and becomes an advocate for the business. The battery issue had been addressed and they took responsibility which I absolutely appreciated and I chose to remain a loyal customer. Today they failed to repair the problem they had agreed was their responsibility and attempted to up-sale me every step of the way. This was after breaking my will while waiting for almost 3 hours.I went in with the intent of spending the$40 for the battery and they said the cheapest the replacement would be $350, or I could buy a new phone...Wow.....Ive been a customer since the beginning and now I am rethinking my future purchase. Customer Service is the most important thing and Apple has lost their focus.
