Customer service is excellent- theyre super nice and friendly (shout out to Kai and that other cool chick with a buzz cut), but wow- if you want to burn money- this place will help you .I took my 6s Plus to the genius bar and they literally told me there was a 50/50 chance that if they replaced my battery (for $59) that my screen wouldnt respond afterwards and Id be liable for a new one since it was a 3rd party screen- said it happens to screens often after battery replacement as theyre checking them afterwards. That makes no sense. Tell me- does that make sense to you? They said it would cost me $169 or they could put the broken one back on and I would have to get it replaced elsewhere. I appreciate the techs being honest, but wow Apple. Are you serious? So either theyre admitting theyre incompetent or that their technology design is so flawed that they couldnt replace my battery without replacing my screen too. Sounds like a scam to get me to buy an Apple screen. I called other 3rd party stores and they told me theyve never heard of that happening and that replacing a battery should NOT mess up the screen. Sure enough- I get it replaced at R&R Wireless for $30 and everything is perfect. Apple is really trying to make sure they corner people into their products and force their services on them.
Chaotic of course, but they got to us quickly and we were able to get the Apple watch we wanted. Staff is friendly as expected. I would give it 5 stars if there was a little more organization and respect for a cue.
Good place! Nice people and they have whatever Apple product youre looking for. I bought my phone in there and its in perfect conditions!
They dont wear name tags, theres no signage as to where to go/what to do, the only thing that distinguishes employees is a small apple emblem on the front left of their shirt. Theres employees everywhere but AWFUL service. I really dont understand how Apple hasnt thought through store front customer service better to help customers that want to purchase something.
Great store with great customer service. Staff is really friendly but often times the wait can be very long to have your phone serviced. It is recommended you make an appointment first. Other than that no problems at all
