First time at a Fry's and I was impressed. Alvin was fantastic at showing me around my audio options to get a surround sound system setup. Very knowledgeable and they had some solid sale prices.
Friendly staff but I must have hit a shift change because no check outs were open for several minutes while the line got longer. None of the staff behind the counter would even acknowledge us to say they would be right there to check us out. Come on Fry's, y'all are better than this.
I would give them no stars but it wouldn't let me. They have the worst customer service. No one seemed to know anything at all. Purchased a desk and asked for help getting it into the car as I couldn't help cause I'm disabled. And we also informed the staff I couldn't help.They said they contacted a supervisor, but no one showed up.Finally Marquis the front door guy went over and above his duty and helped her get it in the car. This store sucks for customer service and knowledge of store products.i will never come back to this place are recommend it to any of my friends or family.
As always clean and friendly staff. However its a nice touch to acknowledge a customer before talking to a co-worker. Assisting a customer from questions to walking them to the product they want until the customer no longer needs you is courteous and professional. Overall still a good location.
Great place to find almost anything technology related, from capacitors and individual computer parts to car stereos to office supplies and a ton more. Really like that they have interesting vinyl albums of newer released albums constantly coming in.While the line for checkout doesn't usually get too long, it's not always the best place for getting in and out quickly. Almost never more than three registers are manned at a time, the fact that they have literally a hundred always makes me laugh.
