The staff at American Heritage is accommodating, kind and infinitely patient during the process, specifically Hunter and his team. My husband as an only child was faced with singlehandedly arranging everything for his father when he passed with no idea of where to start. Thankfully we decided on American and let them do the rest. The time they took to meet with us uninterrupted to review options, working with our budget as well as ensuring the service was perfect, they went above and beyond. When we ran into some snags, Hunter was kind enough to come in on his day off to get them resolved.We were kept abreast at every step and it was such a relief to have that burden off our shoulders during such a painful time.Couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend to any veteran family.
Everything went extremely well with my father's funeral. The staff was organized, courteous and no pressure on what we requested for my dad's final farewell. I would recommend American Heritage for anyone; especially for veterans.
We had our father's funeral service here. Brandy did a wonderful job. She was so caring and took care of everything for us. For someone who is a veteran and is being laid to rest at the Houston National Cemetery this is the funeral home to use. They can coordinate everything. They also have a horse-drawn caisson that will take your loved one to the cemetery. They all went above and beyond for us.
I attended a funeral service for a friend and the service was great. In the past I have attended other funerals but not like this one. All of the staff had a great eye for attention to detail. They were very hospitable. Julissa Soto and Brandy Garcia did an amazing job, I dont plan on needing this service any time soon but when I do, Ill be coming back to these guys. Great job !
