Autumn is the best! She walked us through the entire process making sure that we were taken care of. This is not an easy process but great people like Autumn make it easier.
Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home provided my daughter the most loving and caring service, beyond what I could have asked for. I truly believe Kathy provided my daughter the service she would have given her own daughter, she handled every detail flawlessly. My daughter had taken had her own life, so it was especially difficult. Kathy and staff handled everything so personally and gracefully. The out of state transport and other details that I was not able to handle were taken care of. Every memory of her was there, It was like she knew my baby as her own. Even the most painful detail was done with a Mom Hug, and I couldn't have done it without that. The most painful event in my life, Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home made such a sweet and special farewell .
When my friend died, I had to do all the final arrangements that come with being a best friend. They were professional with me and explained each step in the process to get things going.They also handled my Mom's cremation back in 2008 and did a good job there as well.
