My mother was in an accident out of state, and Will had arrangements to get her home within an hour. My family is a very blended family, and we have many different cultures in it. My mother was Vietnamese and Catholic, but all of the family was not. Zelma was instrumental in helping create pamphlets in both Vietnamese and English so that everyone could follow during the service. Even though she had no idea what she was typing. Viewing is very important in the Vietnamese community as well as Catholic's. With such a horrible accident it was almost unbearable for us children to try and determine if we would be able to have a viewing. Will and Zelma said to let them see what they could do that their preparation staff is very skilled. It was AMAZING what they were able to achieve, and had I not seen her before, I don't know that I could of appreciated the job they did as much. Everyone was able to have everything they needed for closure in the family, and I couldn't of been more pleased. It was a beautiful visitation and service, and there is no way we would of been able to get this done without Will & Zelma! My 7 year old grandson drew Zelma a picture and signed it as a thank you. I am sorry this is so long, but I was just so pleased I have so much to say!Thank you Earthman's for taking such good care of my mother, and making sure that we were all taken care of as well!!!
