This was my first time shopping for furniture. I arrived here after a less than stellar visit to a local competitor. I was pleased with the service, for Aurora, my sales representative greeted me shortly after arriving indicating the awareness of my presence. It was a warm welcome and allowed me to ask meaningful questions before exploring selections to ensure that the services they had available would fit my unique situation. The process was smooth, I was able to first see what I could be approved for after filling out a short non-invasive credit application. This provided me a clearer idea of the furniture I had to choose from.They were very respectful of my time. Once I made my selection, we then further reviewed the numbers in detail so I knew what to expect if I decided to proceed! I was more than happy to. The 3 day trial period with a********* now, mitigated the risk of making the decision on my initial visit, having the comfort knowing I could change my mind during that period hassle-free.The contracts were then further reviewed by the customer service team.Given that fancied the floor model, their was some additional time taken to ensure the contract and numbers were correct. I didnt mind, as this was a demonstration of them being thorough, getting it right the first time. Following the review they did inform me everything was correct and in motion before I left.I didnt expect to leave with everything taken care of from my initial visit.With the warm welcome, systematic process and availability of services that benefit and suit my current needs I left as a satisfied customer more than pleased to submit a review!
