Not rock bottom prices as you might imagine. Selection is pretty good. Salespeople are apparently on commission and constantly ask if you need help to the point where you want to carry a sign saying "IF I want you to help me I will ask you" Loading dock people don't care about your vehicle. Salesperson I finally decided to talk to was helpful and nice.
I very much enjoyed my experience here. I will definitely come back. Eli was a great help when I was picking out my bed and sofa. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. My experience was very positive and he was great with my kids (both 8 & 9). He was patient with me as I examined the differences between mattress and talked about prices. Eli stayed within my range, made great suggestions and very professional. He even held conversations with my children when they had questions, in addition to showing them how to work a sleeper sofa.Truly a super awesome, guy.
We had a great experience purchasing a leather sofa at the Dump. The best part of it was the salesperson, Terry Tucker. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient with us. He went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service, right down to the day of delivery. We'll be back to see Mr. Tucker when we're ready to purchase again, and will refer anyone looking.
Great selection and prices! I purchased beautiful leather furniture for my living room, 3 end tables and several rugs. The rug for my bedroom is a simply gorgeous silk blend and it made the room!I cannot rave enough about my sales person, Faith Jones! She never hovered yet was always available to answer questions. I spent 4 hours in the store making my selections and Faith was WONDERFUL!I will be going back to The Dump for a dining table in the next month!
We relocated to Houston and needed 3 King Mattresses. Sales Reps blatantly ignored us for 27 minutes. They mingled with others but never greeted or acknowledged us... even when we tried to make contact. A simple hello would have resulted in $4500+ in sales.Instead, we drove to Star Furniture and received excellent service!
