I had a bad experience with the Grand parkway location and decided I wasn't going to purchase anything else from Exclusive Furniture when I got a text from Marcus at the Sharpstown location regarding a sale they were having. I decided to go to the Sharpstown location to check out the price of a mattress I saw at Ashley Furniture. After sharing with Lambert and Dera my ordeal the last time I purchased from Exclusive Furniture they were determine to change the bad taste in my mouth from the other location. Their customer service and care was excellent so much so I ended up purchasing my mattresses from Exclusive Furniture Sharpstown location. Jojo was also great in handling the financing of my purchase.

Tia helped my husband and I find a bedroom set perfect for us! Financing was super easy, we were there on a Sunday when banks were closed but they still helped us make the process super easy. Tia was super patient with us, it took us maybe over an hour to decide on which one we wanted. Even after walking back and forth 20 times Tia was still awesome!
