Great customer service. I only had a simple roof tune-up but they came just as it was raining and because it was the beginning of a 3-day downpour they said they wanted to make sure it got done before the rains came. While the main guy was on the roof caulking round edges, replacing shingles and putting sleeves on my roof jacks, another person was on the ground talking me through the process. I then asked him to inspect the roof from the attic which he did quickly and professionally. Both workers were very friendly, helpful and professional. I can't speak for 'value' as I don't really know how much they did/what other people may have charged but at $495 for peace of mind and professional service I'm happy.
Did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would be here for the price quoted. Roof fix worked and we are very pleased with their service. Really nice lady on their phone--every business needs someone like her..I recommend them highly.
They did a great job on the roof. It was all done in a day. The very next day it poured rain and a problem spot from the past was watched closely...not a drop. We are happy with the roof. The price wasn't the lowest, but they have been around the area and don't seem to have any plans on leaving. That is one of the biggest reasons we went with Amstill. If you spend the amount of money on a new roof, you want people that will back it up if there is ever a need. It has been a couple of weeks with already a lot of rain and everything is great. The roof looks very nice too. I would tell anyone to use them based on our experience so far.
Amstill was a pleasure to deal with. Sam Stilley was professional and knowledgeable when presenting free estimate and working with my insurance adjuster to insure all required repairs were identified and we were given a fair settlement according to our warranty. The office staff was very helpful with scheduling issues and the roofing crew were competent and thorough. The job was completed in one day as promised and everything was cleaned up when the work was completed. Came back to clean a skylight that was overlooked during the final cleanup. Would recommend Amstill roofing to my friends and neighbors in a heart beat. Job well done
