My husband and I put alot of time towards the process of getting quotes and researching quality roofers, making sure we were getting the best deal for quality work and good customer service. As soon as we talked to Parker, we knew we'd go with Craddock Roofing. Parker was extremely professional and patiently answered all our questions (it was our first time to get a roof replacement). He explained every detail in the quote, so we felt comfortable with understanding exactly what we would be paying for. We ended up getting the CertainTeed Landmark PRO and were so happy with how everything turned out. Within a couple weeks, the workers came out and completed the roof in 2 days. Tom (the owner) came by to do a thorough inspection of the work and it seemed as if he really cared about the quality of our roofwork, checking that we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend this company to all family and friends. It's a family-owned company and it definitely shows in how much they cared about keeping us informed every step of the way and the quality of their work.
Competitive price, good communication. They were able to complete job earlier than scheduled. Drip edge could have been applied better. Overall we are satisfied with a good job and their professionalism.
Tom Craddock is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. He and his team did a excellent job replacing my roof. Since them I have called him twice with followup questions, neither of which were related to the quality of the installation. In each case Tom responded almost immediately and addressed my questions. A quality installation is obviously important, but having a roofing contractor who remains responsive after the initial install provides peace of mind that is difficult to overvalue.
Roof completed Feb 2016. I'm writing this review in June 2018. Tom is professional and knowledgeable. His team was quick and we had no issues during install. I called him back for warranty service 2 times when I saw water stains on my ceilings. It turned out that a tree branch was rubbing on the whirlybird and causing some leaks. He cut the branch and haven't had a leak since. They also installed a hip on my chimney and additional roof vents. They were really able to work with me on customizing certain things/upgrades. Their prices are not he lowest, but they are not the highest either. I recommend them to anyone who's asking.
