The owner of Elite takes tremendous pride in his company and the services he provides. I would definitely recommend this company and it would be my first referral if asked. Roofing contractors can be shady as we all know here in the Houston area. But, Elite Roofing is insured, BBB accredited and a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association. You can do business confidently with a company of this caliber!

Estimation and insurance handling was OK. Before installation I was told my pool was going to be protected with a tarp to prevent shingles and nails form going in, that was failed to be done. Had to replace the pool due to nails rusting the liner causing a premature leak in the liner. Us as homeowners were not presented with ANY change order from increasing the price of the project. Estimate was just under $14,000, at the end of the project the price went to over $20,000. No way my roof cost is $20,000. Multiple roofers quoted my roof installed turnkey at $7,000-$9,000. That's why I went with Elite because they were going to handle the insurance company so $14,000 for the roof was OK with us. But not presenting a change order to the customer is NOT good practice. I will definitely not recommend this company out.
We had Elite Roofing replace our roof 4 years ago. At the time, Marcus Matthews had to fight for us against the lovely bunch at State Farm who had refused to pay for replacement.After 6 months of negotiating the roof was redone . They worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Not one drop got in through all of Harvey! Great company, great guy who will come over and check on things for you whenever asked. Highly recommend.
