We had a leak in our ceiling and I called Petersen Dean Roofing to evaluate it. It took 3 days to finally book an appointment. Their process to make appointments is to leave a message with one person who calls back within a week. The roofers came and stated that I needed roof maintenance. They performed this service and changed me $1225. The ceiling continued to leak and our handyman cut out the ceiling at the site to reveal a completely open drain pipe. I could look up and see the sky through the wide pipe! I was appalled that the roofers had missed this very obvious source of leakage!I contacted Petersen Dean Roofing expressing my need for an urgent repair due to the wide open pipe into my house. I got a call back 3 days later. By that time, I had found another company to fix the broken roof drain pipe to prevent damage in my house. The person from Petersen Dean Roofing explained that it had taken so long to call me back because she had to go through several levels of bureaucracy within the company to get the answer to my question and that process took time.I then asked if the drainage pipe needed a vent on the roof. The person from Petersen Dean Roofing said she would get back to me. I am still waiting.
Worst company ever. I wouldnt recommend them to roof my dog house much less my own house. Roofing crews are primarily illegals, and even though the customers are charged for materials and labor to install all materials if the job is over, neither credit for materials or labor is given back to homeowners. The extra labor cost is extra profit and the materials are returned to suppliers and the job is credited extra profit. The company is in my opinion less than honest with homeowners.
I called them several times over the course of 8 days to try to get an estimator out to quote me on repairing a roof (on a roof this company installed several years ago). It took 4 days for the estimator to call me and give me a tentative date. He never confirmed that date, didn't show up on the date and now no one in the company will return my phone calls. Must be nice to make so much money that you don't need my business. They not only won't be used for my repair work, I will not even consider them when it is time for a new roof.
After they inspected my home roof and quoted it, I called them and would like to schedule a time to fix the roof. They always say they will input my information in their system. After two weeks waiting, when I called them again at third time, they said they didn't find any my information in their system, and told me the original inspector would call me back tomorrow. However, after whole that tomorrow waiting, no any response from them.Totally called them at least five times, no schedule to fix the roof.
