Actually liked going there.. Ive had pins placed on a puppy for 3k no problem paid cash.. always pay cash.. needed a emergency c section on my female today.. told them to take her in Ill drive to spring where I live to get my wallet since Im a dummy and forgot it.. I left her there and started driving home... get the call that the procedure can not and will not be started till half is paid ... really! 600 bucks caused them to lose a good custome and won them a bad review... damn I wanted to go back.. the girl on the front was cuteoh well .. dr moves to slow and way over priced..... oh and they asked if they could keep my change for creditLol nope
I went today to receive a diagnosis for my beloved companion, and unfortunately the doctor who was temporarily there said there was nothing left to do, but despite that, her attention, and attitude was very positive, and compassionate. Very sensible to our feelings. God bless that vet doc, and all the staff at HVH. They all deeply care about the well being of your companion.
Love taking my pets here. The staff is great. They really do care for our pets. Dr. Dayton is the best. He is thorough with the examinations, if their is a concern, he will address it and take care of it. Always know my pets are in the best of hands, here. Dr. Dayton and his staff not only take care of our pets, they care about us, the owners too. Everyone here is friendly and make you feel welcome.
Staff is amazing! I observed the front desk receptionist handle high volume of calls while also handling my dog and concerns extremely professional with every interaction - Kudos to the young lady! Also, the staff in the back (I can only assume were VetTechs) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Last but not least, the Veterinarian was very kind to my dog, & seemed to really enjoy his career. Overall, extremely satisfied.
