Great vets. Took my cat in for dental. Dropped her off before work and picked her up after. The vet called and gave me regular updates during the day and saw vet at pick up to go over post-op instructions. Overall really good experience.
Washington heights vet clinic is like part of our family. Our dog Lola loves visiting them and regardless of where we move around town we will always bring her back to Washington heights. The friendly doctors, techs and desk staff never fail to make us feel welcome and in good hands.
Overpriced and their surgery scheduling is a nightmare. Could not do a foreign object removal (despite their website claiming they could). Now they have cancelled a different surgery with less than 24 hours notice, and the earliest they can work the dog in is a month later. Will not be back.
Brought my dog in and the front desk, vet techs, and doctors were very friendly and helpful. They defitnely show they actually care for the animal vs. other vets I've been to in my life. We have found our new doctors.
