Needed some new keys cut at the parts department and when I walked in I was greeted by a smile from parts employee Doug. This guy was great and he made my day. I had just found out that I was being laid off from a job of 19 years and I never thought walking in a Ford parts department that someone would make me leave with a smile on my face and for being thankful for all of the other things in my life. Went in to the Dealership expecting to haggle over price and financing. In less than two and a half hours we were driving out in a new truck at the price and rate I wanted. No hassle.
