Shady business. .....visited their location Friday evening. Sales rep had wrote out numbers for me with amount requested down for two vehicles I was interested in. When I returned Saturday morning to make a decision and got ready to pay, the "Boss" whom never showed is face wanted more down. Even though I had what their sales rep wrote out for me showing differently. I work hard for my money and just can't afford their shadiness. Be careful of price jacking.
I purchased a used vehicle here 4 years ago. I've yet had any problems. The most I've done is a tune up, oil change and i had to change out my wheel bearing. My point is its only been normal w&t. Good service great cars and trucks.
Went to get a car that said $1000 down when I got there did all the paperwork just for them to tell me I needed to put another $1000 down so I just got up and walked away these people speak a good deal but once you there its a different story but the good thing is I got a better car and a better deal somewhere else so think twice before you go to liberty
Came in for a Rav4, met Scott. He went over the features of the vehicle. Made it a smooth process, not pushy at all. We'll be back and sending friends and family.
