The first airbag replacement unit was faulty so they gave me a rental for free over the weekend. That was great. I go to pick up the car on Monday. I get in and notice the air is NOT working. Something was not reattached properly. They did take care of this on the spot but again another slip up. Finally, I don't think they did a very good job of cleaning up the car after the work they preformed. Case in point: I had a tumbler of water in the front cup holder. Someone pitched it in the back on the floor. It was NOT empty . Finally, I lost the fob for the rental. I found it but two days after I had to turn the car in . It cost me $400.00 dollars. Some consideration would have been nice.
Ronny was so easy to work with. He answered all my questions fully and quickly. He has also provided wonderful customer service since my purchase. I financed the car through Ford and Cameron made that a smooth process.
Overall, I had a very good purchasing experience. Ronny G. was my salesman and boy did he make the process both smooth and entertaining at the same time. From the test-drive to the decision making process, as well as answering under-the-hood questions, Ronny made it a delightful experience. Cameron G. took care of my final paperwork on my 2018 Ford Edge, and he was also easy to work with and truly delightful with his cool background music playing. All-in-all, good job Mac Haik team, you made this process very easy for this first-timer.
I have never enjoyed going to a dealership to buy a vehicle. It is a total foreign language attempting to understand all of the gadgets and terms the Auto people speak in, and attempting to understand in simplistic terms the actual costs was always atrocious to me. Going to Mac Haik, I found a new world in which I was provided very personal service from the sales and the finance personnel. I easily found what I liked in the price range I was anticipating, and after completing the financing portion, I was completely blown away at the very high degree of service given by everyone. Then when we took delivery the Salesman took over an hour very articulately leading us through all of the items and components of the new vehicle and accessories. Thank you.
About a month an a half, I went to see what could i get since i needed something budget friendly. Alex was the sales person that took care of me. He was knowledgeable great customer service oriented. He was attentive and understanding. He took time to help me on my situation and went the extra mile to get into a budget friendly automobile. He was truly a God sent. He advised me on what i could get and he was sincere. Needless to say i came out with a beautiful 2018 Ford Escape in white and i love my little Ford Escape the car as he said is very economical when it comes to gas. I'm truly grateful to this young man for everything that he did for me. I wish him the best on his endeavors. Also i was helped with the best option financially speaking by Cameron. He was terrific, he made sure i had a good deal and something in my budget. He was pleasant knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I'm thankful for his help also.
