Poor customer service !!Called early Saturday for doing some recall on my Glc 300,took the appointment for 5pm.Came at the dealer the lady at the front desk said they cannot do it tomorrow as they have one person who does maintenance work on Saturday .She said come on Monday again and they dont have loaner for weekend.I asked for service manager after while she came back and said that he says the same thing .The service manager didnt bother to come and speak also.If you wanna buy Mercedes please go to Sewell Mercedes you will see the difference .The reason I went to star motors its in my way to work but will never step in again..
The car needed both warranty repair and body repair work. Everything was performed perfectly and quickly so that I had my car back by that afternoon. I was also provided a very nice Volvo loaner so that I could get to and from work. Really exceptional job.
