When my father passed away my parents had purchased the pre-arrange funeral Earthman funeral home on I 45 north did a wonderful job honoring my parents wishes as they had planned their funeral from the opening and closing of the casket, vaults, headstone, etc. everyone at the funeral home were very accommodating and extremely caring during the process . When I went to visit my fathers grave three weeks after the funeral the headstone was still on the side of the grave from the services . This was very disheartening as I felt like my parents grave was not in tact. I immediately went inside the funeral home and was told I would need to wait and they would get it done within the next week or so . I explain to the lady this was unacceptable and that they would get it done today or that I would have someone do it and send them the bill it should have already been done three weeks after the services. I asked for our funeral director to call me after this event and never received a call. As I stated earlier the services were wonderful and everyone treated us with care and concern . However once the services were over I feel like they dropped the ball and didnt care.

Chris Clark and his staff (specifically Bridget and C.O.) are marvelous. They literally rescued my friends from a huge mess created by another funeral home, and quickly resolved what would have otherwise turned into a disastrous situation. Always compassionate and professional, this group is a class act. Thank you!
Wish I could give less than one star. These people were very hard to work with constantly changing their mind on what was previously agreed upon. Even trying to up-sell us on something minutes before the graveside service was to begin. During the service my wife's purse was stolen from our vehicle. When brought to the attention of the office and we asked to see the security footage only to be told that would take a couple of hours and that kind of thing happens here often. Was told Cops would take a least two hours to show up if we reported it. With that kind of response sounds like they are definitely speaking from experience. Warning do not do business here you will regret it.
