I just want to thank Mr. Herbert Daniel Espinoza Solano who went above and beyond to help us. I was traveling with friends to Costa Rica and one of my friend was denied to enter the country because he was on EAD. Which is valid visa for US but for some reason he got denied at the port. Next day he took the flight back to Houston and by the time he landed with the help of Mr. Espinoza we figured it out what he needed to get visitors visa. Mr. Espinoza met with him after hours of embassy time just to give him the visitor visa. My friend flew back to Costa Rica the same afternoon and was able to enjoy the vacation we have planned months in advance. Thank you Herbert for helping us! We truly appreciate it.
