I got my new passport within 30 minutes and the workers were very helpful. You just need to stand up and ask. Only thing is the price quite high.( $110 if you want to get the passport in 10 days, and $170 in 30 minutes).Minh gia hang ho chiu ch trong vng 30 pht thi.
Working with the consulate is relatively easy and smooth.
$80 for five years visa. No problem with application process or picking up the visa. Four stars for relatively excellent service (when compared to US passport application customer service at post office, which is 5 stars).
Not worth even a star. Service here is the worst. Take forever to have someone pick up the phone. The attitude talking on the phone isnt professional and nasty. Price is changed depends on different person while the website shows another price.
