I stopped in today while I was out riding just to check the place out. Extremely personable staff, everyone was very welcoming and laid back, but still very knowledgeable, which is a great environment to shop for bikes in. Kathryn was a pleasure to deal with, and I appreciate being given the opportunity to test ride the bikes here as opposed to being corraled into a demo day with a group ride or not being able to test ride at all.I will definitely be coming here for future service, looking forward to the completion of the new Triumph showroom and some upcoming bike nights.
Customer Service is very poor. Ordered parts and had some questions have not had a reply back in a week. I called and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. The sales rep said they were just too busy to answer questions via email. I asked to have Gina call me back she has not done so to this date. The order said that it had free shipping over 50.00 and they charged me shipping. This is a place of business that I would consider Buyer Beware!!!!
Honestly wish every motorcycle dealer was this good. Definitely a more old-school feel, with staff that actually care about bikes, as compared to some of the other "big box" dealers that just push volume. And even still, the best price in town on what I was looking for, and no BS fees or haggling. It's worth the drive all the way from The Woodlands to deal with these folks. Thanks again, Jim.
