Excellent service, honest, and straightforward. All you could ask for an auto repair. Repaired an oil leak on my Tahoe. Saved me a lot of money compared to a what big brand mechanic shop quoted me. Will continue to take my car to Heights Auto Repair.

Kimberley offered excellent front desk customer service and even agreed to give me a ride back to work since I worked in the area! This was extremely convenient! Firestone charged me a $99 diagnostic fee and quoted me a higher cost for the same work that Heights auto repair shop performed. In addition the diagnostic with Heights Auto Repair was FREE (with an understandable $25 fee if I did NOT get their work done). I went ahead and agreed to get the work done and Im satisfied with their work!
Heights Auto Repair is so wonderful! Honest, affordable, and trustworthy. It's so hard to find a good mechanic that won't try to take advantage if you're a woman. I didn't experience any of that here, which I'm so grateful for. The woman I spoke with answered my endless questions with patience, and the mechanic was so kind when I picked my car up. They even committed to the quote I was given before dropping the car off, though I'm sure it was more laborious than expected. I finally found my mechanic!
