I'm glad I came to this shop, the customer service was by far the best that I've received in so long! I got there around the time of closing and the manager and service consultant went above and beyond to provide me with an oil change and new brakes. Neither of them denied me service because I got there at closing time. If I would have known they were closing at that time I wouldn't have stopped by, I hate keeping people past their regular hours. Once my car was ready to go the service consultant test drove my car to make sure everything was working properly and parked my car in front of the shop and opened my car door and shop door waiting for me while extending his hand out to thank me for coming in. Before leaving, he let me know he had left the heater on for me(btw it was 42 degrees) I was wowed and shocked, I then looked at my bf and he automatically asked me "You're leaving a Google review right?" I then told him "Heck yeah!".I work in the customer service industry and I know good customer service when I see it. It felt so good and genuine. I'm not one to leave Google reviews but I think these guys definitely deserve to be praised for doing such a great job! Guess what? You guys just earned a returning customer -Victoria S.

Amazing customer service! I found my car with a flat tire at work and the first place did not even look at my tire and informed me it could not be fixed so I tried Pep Boys 5609 Bellaire for the 1st time and Jarus fixed my tire and made my day! I will definitely only use them for now on.
Great customer service!!!! Juan is excellent honest and fair will work with you to give you the best for your money! I receive a full synthetic oil change and four new tires all installed by Rain and Juan! I love them, will recommend anyone to them. I wish I could give them starsthey are best!
Set appointment 5 days ahead. The store called and made sure I would be coming. They had my tires in stock. Came in, agreed on the pricing (parts, labor, fees, etc.) Got the work done within one hour. Alejandro was very helpful. Made recommendations where he saw needed work. Will patronize this business when the time comes.
