I managed to have some time on Thursday February the 7th 2019 and decided to go to this Pep Boys store to try to have my Prepaid Maintenance Plan oil change but they were full for the day, which is fine. The store clerk made an appointment for me to come in on Saturday February the 9th 2019 at 11am and I agreed, I moved some things I had to do that day and made it to the appointment on time. When I get to the store the store clerk, who is different to the person that was there on Thursday, says without asking for my phone number that I had no appointment and thus that I would have to wait until about 6pm to have my car ready.I am definitely not coming back here.Also please do not buy the Pep Boys Prepaid Maintenance Plan for your car. Its a lot better to have your oil change somewhere else with good customer care.I tried talking to customer care over the phone and they said that I had to figure this out with the store, after having to get mad the customer care representative decided to put a complaint in for me (not that its going to help in anything.)Update: Eventually I received a call from the store manager who was very helpful and wanted to make a new appointment for my car. Apparently the person that made the appointment on Thursday didnt actually put it on the system.I will update this review when I have my oil change and let you know how it goes.

Brady (aka Brady Bunch) and Don (aka Donald Duck) are awesome! They took care of all my needs and even gave me a free pair of pads for my battery terminals! Super friendly and quality service!
Their services are a little bit on the high side. And I do feel from time to time I am so services that I might not need immediately. However the premium paid I believe is worth it for the quality of work. This comes from a consumer that is taking their vehicle to repair shops for over 30 years
Had bad experience with the customer service but Kevin helped a lot during my personal visit to the store. His approach was cool and supportive as we had a long call with customer service in front of him without any fruitful result. He understood that we drove there from Groves just to get our tires fixed. Customer service didn't do their job but definitely Kevin did.
