Extremely rude and absolutely uncourteous ! Had called to see if I can get my car in to fix it. The person who attended answered without any etiquettes and gave me a feeling like they werent interested in doing any business! Need to thank my stars that I didnt end up turning in my service ! If this is the treatment only over enquiries , I can imagine the level of service.
Honest, dependable reasonable Mercedes Benz repairs. I live in SPRING and this place is on Richmond Avenue but it was worth the drive. They have made me a loyal and repeat customer. Excellent mechanics that take pride in the repair work that they perform.
