The consultation was remarkably full and I got help with filling out my questionnaire (application) for passport. I had just one appointment, but they help me more than with one document, and it was very meaningful because of traveling time to Huston is always hard to find in our busy life!Once again, thank yall very much for all help and personal work around all questions! I have sent an email to the Consulate and received the prompt response, on the day I arrived to the Consulate, my issue was addressed professionally and in quickly. I appreciate the work they are doing. Very nice and supportive staff.
My wife and I went to the consulate for visas and they work with us throughout the process. They were extremely professional and I thought that timeliness was excellent!!!!! I do wish that our government has a better relationship with Russia.
We were a little nervous going in after reading some bad reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service provided! You do need to have an appointment before coming in. I just sent an email asking what dates they had available, and also mentioned what dates would work best for me. I got a reply within 2-3 days and we set the appointment date. I found the list of everything I needed on the website (although brought some extra documents just in case, since we are out of town).The personnel was very nice and professional! The lady that was helping us went over every single line and corrected some mistakes, all done with a smile; she even let me re-take the passport picture (which would never happen at DPS!). When we came in there was not a lot of people in front of us so the line was going fast. I got everything done in one day(!!!!!) and got my papers before the stated due date! Very happy and thankful customer!
