I would recommend this to any expecting moms. Everyone was so welcoming. My baby left my side 1 time and that was because of her own special situation. The whole experience was a bonding moment. The food is exceptional. Choose wisely. The nurses are always on time and constantly care for your needs. Only thing I would say is bring baby clothes. After the skin to skin contact for 24 hours, baby needs include socks, snap shirts or onesies, & mittens. Ladies take your own soap &/or pads if you prefer not to wear diapers while bleeding. I had a c section so thats why I wish I would have brought my own pads.
Amazing! I had already had a great experience here when my daughter was 6months old and had surgery to remove tumors from her lungs. They saved her life. 6 years later I came back to the Labor & Delivery because I was having contractions. The care I received was phenomenal! The nurses and staff were beyond amazing. The experience was beautiful and I am so grateful that I chose this hospital to have my son at. The only akward part was that when it was time for me to push, my room was filled with people. Multiple nurses, doctors, staff workers. Idk but there was about 30 people, no joke. I thought for such a private moment that was unnecessary. But they took care of me and my baby boy and at that point thats all that mattered to me. Come here, especially if your pregnant. They will take care of you and your baby, I promise.
My pregnancy has tooken a toll on my daughter and I. She may be born at 26 weeks nurse Sarah Ellie Mckenah Tameka MorganMeganRebeccaNatalieLalu Hayley Ife have been such a blessing they were kind and caring most of all they did everything in their power to accommodate my family and I. I am so grateful for theyre presences and their knowledge. Labor and Delivery here is clean and wonderful thank you ladies for making my time here comfortable and special! I would be asleep so I didnt catch none of the vital nurses that would come in nor did I catch the names of the staff members who kept up with my room while I was here for a week. Kitchen did great if something didnt taste right they had no problem bringing me another meal to replace it I only did that once though and no troubles at all. Social case worker was awesome as well Andrea Duncan I believe is her name she was a breeze and sweet she wouldnt even answer her phone during her time with me. Love it here thanks ladies Kelly Vo
Horrible hospital we flew to this hospital due to a complicated twin pregnancy and the room was filthy and the doctor would not release me unless I agreed to deliver my babies at 20 weeks due to high blood pressure. We declined and flew back to Ga were for some reason those doctors were able to get the blood pressure under control. If I would have listened to their doctors I would not be holding my beautiful, healthy baby today.
Nothing But Great praise and great fullness for the pediatric ICU. My daughter was medi-Vacced to the pediatric intensive care unit for a very serious condition and since we stepped food into here our daughter has received nothing but top of the line medical care, attention and love from the staff to the nurses to the doctors to the specialists. When you have a loved one thats ill, you naturally want and expect the best and most qualified individuals to treat and this is what weve received. Their medical abilities are phenomenal and highly suggested if anyone is in need of cafe for their little ones. To add to this, the facilities are top line when it comes to presentation, sanitation and utilization. The additional services of catered food, sleeping rooms for parents to extra resources make this by far the BEST hospital we have had the privilege to be in.
