This hospital serves the worst food I have ever seen in a Childrens hospital. They dont address your concerns in a timely manner and they dont offer to make things right when their staff screws up. They dont keep Childrens dosages of something as simple as a stomach medicine (e.g. pepto bismol) in their own words. They try to silence your complaints by offering you a gift card when your items are stolen. Then to top it all off they dont bill your insurance to avoid dealing with you and having to send you a Press Ganey Survey. The rehab services are not worth the aggravation these so called medical professionals put you through. Especially if you have private insurance. Do not stop here.

I was at the Shriners Hospital with Home Depot back in 2004 and we helped out with a party for so many children and it was so much love that was shared. If I'm blessed to volunteer again are even get a chance to work there it will be a blessing all on its on. Because the children saw me for the love I have in me not for how I looked to them and I am grateful for having the chance to be apart of the Shriners Hospital....
