Mixed thoughts... basically, this hospital is great unless you have to go through the ER to get in. I've had to come in 5 times over the past 5 months, and every time was a minimum 2 hour wait just to be seen. I even left once when it hit 3 hours of wait time...The ER is one of the worst I've ever seen, but the care once you are in is great. Like I said, if you need care, this is the place to go... unless you have to get in through the ER.
Worse er hospital ever went in got my vital then back to waiting room then called back for a ekg in a tiny room by check in and then sent back to waiting room then got called for X-ray and back to waiting room. Then they call be back to a room see the doctor he says he can keep me over night to do further testing but I have to leave my room an go to a results waiting room thats like a 10x10 room filled with people like it was a Ebola waiting room. I didnt feel safe or comfortable sitting there an head back out to main waiting room after reading all of the reviews an the room I just left I felt best leaving not the best of care or compassion for patients. It was literally a meat packaging assembly line and didnt seem safe or sanitary at all will never go back there ever again
I was amazed how well the doctors and staffs treated my wife when we got amitted here for our second child. We felt as if we were in a five-star hotel with attentive professional medical personnel looking over us 24/7. They offer way more than what we need. The details count, they absolutely did a great job and we are thankful for that.
I have my son here, and they have a good service ever. All nurse and doctor really care and nice, hospital was really clean. Highly recommend
I delivered my baby here and had the BEST experience possible from the whole medical team. Doctors, nurses and lactation consultants went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and pain-less and that my baby was healthy. The online portal MyChart is easy and convenient to use. Clean facility, newly renovated women's center was very nice. Hospital's food was cooked on site and I had lots of healthy options to choose from. On the discharge date, I was sad to go. Highly organized and well-managed hospital. Highly recommend it!
