I went in there with my foot swollen with a Mass underneath it filledWith fluidI couldnt walk. They took my blood pressure, some pointless X-rays and Nothing else. NOTHING!!! Dr. Maurice Holmes made meWait 3 hours in that room just to tell me what I already knew , that the X-ray showedNothing. He was unprofessional and nonchalant and didnt do ANYTHING to even attempt to help me, not even a referral. The nicest people were the ppl at the desk , they should switch careers because this is NOT the type of profession you should pursue ifYou dont wanna do yourJob, because i left there exactly how I came, in excruciating pain . There wasnt even any bloodwork taken, like it could be ANYTHING and they didnt do notOne test .. worst experience ever at a hospital and I had a baby here 12 years ago.,, wouldnt dare do it againI had to come back to say Im not kidding Im feeling this pain as we speak so Im livid. That doctor should not be there because I wasnt the only one complaining about him as I sat there waiting to be discharged.
I had outpatient surgery at this facility and was extremely impressed by the level of care that I received. Each staff member was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this hospital and will definitely use them again.
Went with high blood pressure. I was told it wasn't that high and not to worry. OK great. The doctor was nice. No complaint there. THEN I get the bills. $1857.92 to check my blood pressure. I paid the first one $1031.92 which they discounted because I don't have insurance. Then I get a second bill for $826 for physician services 3 months later. They said it was third notice but I never received any other notices except the one I paid. They were really rude about it as well. Big rip off.
Great Hospital and the cleanness pass at 100% to serve you as a patient and/or visitors.
How is it an emergency room/hospital and yet you dont have wheelchairs for patients? A patient had no legs and you guys denied her a wheelchair. Instead yall had a man carry her inside and even once checked in he had to carry her to the back. Then when its our turn you deny us a wheelchair also. Then the staff at the desk in the emergency room was talking to some other patients very rudely. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! This hospital is nothing like it used to be!
