My wife had broke her foot. ER was great we got unto a room very quickly. The nursing staff was amazing they helped her allot on her needs. Great food was also a bonus.

If you're looking to spend the last moments of your life, then this is the perfect place to be because it will be. I lost a family member and almost lost my mom here. Satan must be the CEO of this place because they are truly negligent and out of date technology. I urged my family member to transfer out of here but the doctor refused it thus ending in her demise. I'm more than sure they'll respond to this with some brainwashed corporate apathetic response. I would never recommend an enemy to get treatment here. Any positive comments about this place are most likely from employees or their family and friends.
I had surgery at Park Plaza on Monday December 10, 2018. My surgeon was Dr. Christopher Jayne. Both Dr. Jayne and the hospital staff were very professional, caring and kind. They gave me excellent care. The hospital was very clean and cheerful. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly. The nurses on the 5th floor took real good care of me and came shortly after I rang them when I was in need. I had a pleasant experience at Park Plaza Hospital. Dr. Jayne is a superb physician I would recommend anyone needing a UroGyn specialist to him. I have had three surgeries performed by Dr. Jayne and all have been a success with no complications. I would recommend Park Plaza Hospital to my friends and family.
I like many others wish that I could give Park Plaza hospital a 0. My son was brought to the ER by ambulance on Monday, October 8th due to abdominal pain. After maybe an hour at the ER he was discharged and told that he was fine. I believe they gave him a shot for nausea and sent him out the door. He called me and I was tying to get there as fast as I could. In the meanwhile the security guard made him get off of the property and told him he could not wait there to be picked up. Well the pain continued and we took him to Herman Memorial SW where he was admitted and is scheduled for emergency surgery in the morning due to a ruptured appendix. Oh and did I mention that someone called to do a follow up on his 30 minute visit and left the rudest message ever. I wish that I could attach it to this post. I called back to try and speak with someone and of course no one knew anything and didnt even seem to care. I thank God that we had sense enough to take him to another facility where he was properly treated and also treated with respect. I had my daughter at Park Plaza 20 years ago and they were horrible then... I see nothing has changed. Ive heard so many people say that if you want to die or if you want a love one to die just take them to Park Plaza because they are known for misdiagnosing and killing people. We love in the community but I would much rather drive to s facility where I know people care versus going to Park Plaza which is only 5 Min away. And I hope that after reading this post that they do NOT send me that computer generated reply. This is a horrible place and if at all possible please avoid. I will certainly be contacting an attorney regarding the doctor who discharged my son, the security guard as well as the hospital in general. And please know its not about money...its just that you guys have got to stop...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
