The 4th floor nurse (Ms. Paige) made me feel like I want her to be MY nurse ifff I ever have to be hospitalized.... I was Security for one of our prisoners. GREAT JOB Ms. Paige!!!
I recently underwent surgery at Memorial Hermann Memorial City, and I was very pleased with their professionalism and attention, from the beginning at the reception/front desk Tara made me feel welcomed, later on during the waiting area Janie and the nurse manager Mila were also dedicated to patients waiting to be taken care. My anesthesiologist (which I cannot remember his name, but I think he had a British accent) my surgeon Dr. Wiener and his assistant James were all very attentive. It truly made me feel well-taken care. Thank you very much for the attention and dedication from start to the end of my procedure.
Beautifully kept and managed medical center, with VG professionals, excellent infrastructure and gentle staff.I was in to accompany my son & wife with their first son and we were always surrounded by a welcoming professional atmosphere.Having Memorial Mall next by helped pass the waiting hours!
Worst hospital ever. Lazy nurses in the ER. Front desk personnel in the ER kept leaving her spot and was extremely rude! Came in the ambulance and didnt get seen at all. On the contrary, I got put in the waiting room for hours. They refused to give me paperwork stating I was brought in a ambulance for my employer. Other patients were getting seen before me, even though they got there after. Ended up leaving and going to another local ER. I got seen immediately and got adequate treatment. The physician was very concerned in the critical state I came in. Come here if you want to wait 7-9 hrs knowing your life is at risk.
Don't go here! It's a real clip joint. They charge $6990 for a CT scan. Doctor's fee was $1000!! I could go on...but no need. Go to Sacred Heart Emergency Care Center a few blocks away on I-10. They charged me $250 to see a doctor. CT scan cost $500. Great staff that doesn't rip you off.
