I arrived at the OQuinn tower this morning at 0515 to sit with a friend whose husband was having surgery. I asked for assistance from a young man at the information desk. He told me I could go up to the 9th floor at 0530. At 0530 he came over to let people in the waiting room that it was 0530. When I went to the 9th floor a helpful person informed me that I needed to go to the main hospital after I was able to correctly answer security questions. When I returned to the first floor the young man gave me directions to the hospital across the street. After l went out of the building the same man came outside to make sure l was headed in the right direction and stayed untill I assured him that I knew where to go. I asked him his name which is Isaac. I am a 66 year old women. This young man treated me like I was family. I hope his supervisor sees this review . Anna
Too much of a wait time but the general physician whom I met is good and very friendly.
Im a sickle cell patient and I do not advice anyone to their emergency care, theyre unequipted, slow, no communication & seem to have no clue what they are doing. I was not giving any medical attention for 3 hrs straight!!!! I was having a crisis was in excruciating pain
